I also think the excuse system is stupid and would have preferred if the game had progressed - no reason why players shouldn’t be immediately penalised for not submitting. I’ll be switching over to vdiplomacy too

I wish you all the best and that everything will go uphill for you! If it was just a lie to get out of this game with a draw instead of survived / defeated, shame on you I will order support Galicia to Warsaw in the next turn, and once Austria is out of the game I will give my vote to draw. I hope it goes smoothly and fast and orders are readied up fast to not give France a hard time
