I actually forgot that it starts early if everyone signs up. Whoops!

So, yeah. These are the chat windows. You can see up top it says "Global, Carthage, Egypt," etc. Well, it won't say whichever power you are, because you can't chat with yourself.

Anyway, those different tabs will keep track of your communications with the various powers. Global tab is just for if you want to talk to everyone, obviously. The other stuff is private.

If you have questions, DON'T BE AFRAID TO ASK. I will be 100% honest in answering if you have any ruling questions. If you have questions about advice (i.e., "what should I do here?"), uh... well, I'll still advise you, but keep in mind, this is Diplomacy. The advice I give won't necessarily be good. =P
11 Mar 10 UTC Spring, 1: Oh, some specific rules notes on this map:

1. Those four seas in the middle (Ausonian, Messenian, Libyan, Gulf of Tacape) are all considered adjacent to one another. This means you can move diagonally from Mess to GoT, etc.

2. See those territories on the western half of the map that have a little arrow <-> pointing between 'em? For example, Neapoli (Italy's boot-toe) and the island of Sicilia. On those territories, you can actually move an army (land unit) from one to the other. Just pretend there's a bridge there, or something.

I'm sure there's more stuff, but that's good for now.

Just remember, the goal is to control supply centers at the end of the FALL turn. If you control them in the spring turn, you don't actually get anything.

(This is the Spring turn. There are only two turns: Spring and Fall.)
