30 Nov 18 UTC	Spring, 1: @Rome No aggression here yet. True, you have not embraced @Carthage's offer to "focus on the east", but we would be foolhardy to ignore it and must at least prepare for it. Perhaps you are not the warmonger he is. Perhaps you will join in eliminating a common threat. If he is so cavalier about openly threatening war, why would he stop with us?

If you are indeed a non aggressor then Persia will respect your assertion and agree to leave you be. However we of @Persia, and although I cannot speak on behalf of @Egypt or @Greece I expect them to share an interest on this matter, will not stand for the @Cathage greed and any cooperation with them will be seen as liasoning with the enemy and a war crime. Tread carefully friend.
