04 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1994: I believe the winning condition is if one player holds half the map... alternatively, u can vote to draw the game whenever. I’m assuming all have to agree in order for the draw to actually happen though
04 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1994: There are 64 total supply centers; whoever takes 33 is the winner. However, if it becomes a stalemate between only a few countries, and those countries (a majority) agree to draw, the game ends

I’m fairly certain you get the chance to build it again later, but annoying when you expected to have more units than you actually end up with
