02 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1906: I do like ice cream.. can we throw some cookie dough in there?
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: Ho humm, I was kinda hoping I could eat all the cookie dough...
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: Am I the cookie dough?
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: I thought cookie dough was brown?
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: I may look like a sundae but, I feel like a ice cream sandwich
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: France not NMRing is no longer fake news!
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: sigh
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: Getting stabbed by brainbomb broke his heart
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: is brainbomb playing this game?
03 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1906: Can't wait to see whether England or Turkey will win this.
05 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: Austria and Turkey, Ill make you a deal. You let Budapest live and I won't move him. He will just sit there until the end of the game. Think of him as like a pet. Like a cute cuddly puppy. Do you really want to kill the puppy?
05 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: :)
05 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: I pledge that the Cossack barbarians in Finland and Livonia will be pinked
05 Oct 18 UTC Spring, 1907: ENG, apparently it's not enough that I have been eliminated from the game but, you feel the need to erase my very existence. :-( ;-)
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Just in case any of you were wondering, my current orders are:
Rome -> Trieste via Convoy
Budapest sup Rome -> Trieste.

If y'all could make that convoy possible, I would be appreciative. Thanks!
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Very well. The Russians have appealed an will be preserved as a cultural heritage site in Finland
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: TY, I'll certainly sleep better knowing that I will survive in spirit
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: I don’t want to kill any puppies :(
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: They don't come when call, They don't chase squirrels at all, Dead puppies aren't much fun.
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Russia is a poet!
Btw outta town this weekend so my responses will be slow/ short
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: They don't come when call, They don't chase squirrels at all, Dead puppies aren't much fun.
05 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Ok cultural heritage site in finland is revoked. Nukes inbound
06 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Ha ha ha, showing my age.
06 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: England discovered nukes? Quick embargo all trade and pass no nuke legislature.

Everyone must turn on him now.
06 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: This will be an interesting game to see play out. England Germany versus Austria Turkey. Germany and Austria being right in the middle. England and Turkey could turn on their teammate for a solo, but they have to time it perfectly or else the other will win. Germany and Austria have an interesting decision to make as well.
06 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Why can't we all just get along?
(And gg France...I know we started at odds, and I might have overreacted to your visit to Munich, uninvited...)
07 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: F g! And F e!
07 Oct 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Are those periodic elements or are you happy to see me
10 Oct 18 UTC Hmm are we just doing a 4wd?
10 Oct 18 UTC I get that impression...
10 Oct 18 UTC I guess that’s fine. Real life had gotten in the way recently I’ve barely been getting my orders in on time
10 Oct 18 UTC I am voting draw
please join us, turkey
10 Oct 18 UTC Oops I didn’t see that. Gg
10 Oct 18 UTC Lol wow.
10 Oct 18 UTC What an honorable group of lads
10 Oct 18 UTC 5 players from the fantasy simulator. Four of them drew, and then there is me...
10 Oct 18 UTC Shouldn’t have been planning the coup at the end of last game!
10 Oct 18 UTC I'm just not as good at diplomacy as other games. I mostly use Webdip for forum games now.
11 Oct 18 UTC I think you played fairly well. You took Trieste and somehow got Austria to work with you after so you must have some good diplomacy skills there!
11 Oct 18 UTC Italy (Squiggs) your opening press was inspirational to me and I wanted badly for it to come to fruition. I eventually did stab France and as I did you abandoned your assault.
11 Oct 18 UTC Hats off to darg for not holding a grudge over Den
11 Oct 18 UTC Oh... I actually forgot about that opening press. After Turkey allied with Austria, and you being a little hesitant with France at first, I was in a weird place where either attack I made would have put me in a compromising position. Austrias stab was well timed. At first I thought it made him vulnerable to Turkey, but the E/G alliance made Turkey hesitant to press Austria.
11 Oct 18 UTC Kench too. I stabbed him for two centers and one phase later we were best friends again. And I had to crush italies dream sorry
11 Oct 18 UTC I did really hope to make the T/I work this game but the attack on France kinda stopped it from being anything but a nice cease fire
11 Oct 18 UTC This was (mostly) one of the best diplomacy-aspect Diplomacy games that I have played. Well done, all.
We had pretty much stalemated, unless there was going to be some backstabbing, and I didn't see that happen.
Honor to survive with y'all!
11 Oct 18 UTC Cheers all!! A pleasure playing some diplomacy with you all, following the shenanigans on the sim. Have to say, I'm quite pleased to have made it through as Austria, which I don't think I've done before :) I guess I made myself just useful enough to the Turk to stop you from simply sweeping me aside...
11 Oct 18 UTC The cultural marxists in Finland got to keep their land
11 Oct 18 UTC Those bastards
11 Oct 18 UTC Whats weird is Capt Brads press was pretty decent. I just betrayed the ole bugger because it was advantageous for me
11 Oct 18 UTC Yeah, in the end his anger at you was probably because of me (although I am on the cusp of over-evaluating here...) I was VERY annoyed at his opening move into Munich. He didn't like that I didn't want him in Bel (although it had barely been discussed... I didn't RESPOND to his Bel-desire, which he interpreted as 'not letting.' The truth is, I hadn't been online after he mentioned it... but he grew suspicious.) My original plan was to join Russia and France in an English Squash (sorry brain.) Russia was gung ho, and France made quiet nods... and THEN ATTACKED MUNICH. I never really recovered. Had to spend the next seasons holding and stopping anyone from entering brown land. England felt guilty for an early stab (which hadn't bothered me because I had been planning to attack HIM.) In the end I threw my hat in with him, and tried to figure out how to end in an E/G draw... but it was too complicated, and left me VERY open to a stab, which I think England still felt too guilty to do. We DID get to do some fun maneuvers, though... Austria was a great diplomat... His relationship building caused me to NOT enter his territory just as he backed out to turn against the Turk. Thus causing the stalemate line in the end... Italy also wrote well, and helped at key times against France. But he lost the Austria/Italy conflict and I was too preoccupied to help. Turkey did a great job of waiting in the corner and jumping when the time was right. Ok, I'll be quiet now... I enjoyed this game a lot, because you all were great. Thanks.
