1 excused missed turn
Game won by Deinodon (379 D (B))
29 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 1901: So in a normal game there would be five other players
29 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 1901: You will only be able to make new units in your starting centers. Those are the dots on the map. The more dots you claim, the more centers you have, the more units you can have.
29 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Armies stay on land, fleets can be in water or in coastal spots.
29 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 1901: Turns go Spring, Fall, then production of units in Winter, then repeat.
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: You only claim centers in Winter. Anywhere you are in Spring will not be claimed.
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: If you leave Spain this turn, you will not claim it.
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Oops, I mean Autumn, you claim places you are in during the autumn turn.
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: In other words you will claim what you are in at the end of this turn.
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: ok so getting the dots is a good thing and you can only claim them during fall. what else do i needto know
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: If two unit attack each other, nothing happens, they just bounce and stay where they are. But, if you have a unit move against one of mine, and at the same time order another unit that can also move there to instead SUPPORT MOVE, then their combined force will dislodge my unit. Try to set that up, eventually, bring two of your units up against mine.
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: Two of your own units cannot move to the same place, they will just bounce each other. That's what happened when you tried to move Brest and Paris to Pic.
29 Aug 18 UTC Autumn, 1901: The green check mark means I have submitted my moves and am ready, the double red exlamation marks mean you have not submitted any moves. If you have a gray check mark, it means you saved some moves but you did not click the button to say you are ready.
31 Aug 18 UTC Spring, 1902: This game isn’t for everyone, especially if you have busy times where you can’t check in.
