04 May 18 UTC	Autumn, 2003: Look at this great Cali/Heartland Alliance, first the wonderful Cali doesn't respond to my message then he lines his boarders against Heartland. Of the trustful and honorable Alec cough cough California will never attack his ally. No he plans to seek Cuba for his own, where he has no claim. Cali cannot grow anywhere, so why not attack his neighbors when they move away to attack others. You don't have to listen to this but think people. Side with Cali, with a thirst of expansion, or side with Cuba, a lonely island in the Atlantic.
04 May 18 UTC	Spring, 2004: I have much respect for Cuba, and as much as I'd rather not do so, I must follow the trend that the rest of the continental US has set for me. The constant turmoil between Peru and Cuba has halted your growth, thus making you the obvious choice for invasion. I cannot let me emotions interfere, as I'd rather thrive with Heartland, Cali and NY than die with Cuba.
