The Western Canadian government signed a treaty between our people and then broke it. We will not tolerate those aggressions. "We" that are the people of Quebec and our Allies; the United States of America and Pacific Russia. We claim all Western Canadian Territories for our People and declare that anyone who helps the Western Canadians defend their territory or anyone who announces an Alliance with the Western Canadian people is an enemy of the three joint of Pacific Russia, the USA and the Republic of Quebec. I spend a lot of time to talking with him about game and what is betray! We have talked a lot about how to be good friend. But unlucky, he alway try to betray me.
