06 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1994: @Ukraine: I'm neutral on East Black Sea, I'd prefer a DMZ there, but you and the Russian will have to decide. I'm happy to bounce there, if needed. As for WBS....it borders a bunch of Turkish and Ukrainian centers. I can't accept a Ukrainian fleet there and you probably don't want a Turkish fleet there either. I think the best solution is a bounce and/or long term DMZ. I have no interest in causing problems for you in Rumania, so no worries there.

@Russia: Do you want to be my friend, Vlad? There might be a Georgia in it for you.

@Egypt: Can we live and let live here in the Middle East? I'd love a DMZ in the East Med, but I'll be ready to defend my dots if necessary. On the other hand, if there's peace, a three center start is certainly possible for you.

@Italy: I would like Greece, but would be happy to accept Italian ownership of anything west of that. Can we have a DMZ in the Ionian?

06 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 1994: @Egypt: Yeah for sure, I'd prefer that you take it with a fleet. I'll be moving an army to Iraq this spring as a deterrent, but as long as Alexandria goes to the Libyan Sea and not the Eastern Med, that army will peacefully move on to Iran in the fall.
