03 Mar 18 UTC	Lol it was nice Italy. I was doing everything in my power to convey that I was 110% fine with a 3/4 way draw and just wanted you to go help Germany eliminate England since it was apparent Germany wasn't accepting the 4 way draw.

03 Mar 18 UTC	Italy, to answer your question, I think the pivotal point for you was in 1905. If you look at the board in Autumn 1905, you are tied for top. Germany and England are locked in an equally matched fight. Austria is gaining the upper hand over Turkey. If you do nothing from that position, you'd expect Austria to snowball into board leader while one of Germany or England very slowly gains an advantage over the other by getting lucky or outsmarting the opponent. Once that has happened, you're going to be the middle man and your shot at a solo victory is gone.
03 Mar 18 UTC	What you did was send more units west. That disrupted England enough for me to gain the upper hand while Austria grew as expected. Outcome: 3-way draw. However, Por+Spa+Mar are quite reasonable to defend with minimal units. They're also across the stalemate line (I presume you're familiar with that?). Especially while Germany and England are locked in a mortal struggle. I think that was the moment to stab Austria. Turkey was still at fighting strength but not in great position to take the lion's share, so this would've boosted you to be the menace of the board rather than Austria. With some luck, you might've come into a position where a solo was a realistic scenario (though we could probably still have stopped that).
