Spring, 6: I think we should agree to some terms of alliance so this game may be amiably finished. Here are my suggestions
- No unit shall move into or through another's territory without their publically stated permission. - The game shall be drawn when each party has approximately 11-12 SCs. - Violation of these terms will draw the enmity and hostility of the other parties.
