09 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Greetings fellow leaders!!

From over here in the west it looks like interesting times in the east. Who lays claim to Georgia? And the eastern Mediterranean looks to be a very key strategic position, bordering 5 separate SC's. I'm sure you can all work out the details of course.

09 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Dibs on Iceland
09 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1994: of course! you'll just need to take it with an army not a fleet :)
09 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1994: cool graphics

12 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1994: As we move slowly towards the end of the spring i hope we are all prepared for what will surely be a time of diplomatic harmony to come. The UK is definitely working to ensure that all nations feel comfortable in the brave new world.
12 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Today, a historic and far reaching agreement has been reached between four longtime friends and pillars of Europe. Britain, France, Italy and Spain take this opportunity to declare that they will be allied in their fight to uphold democratic and liberal values not only in Europe but the rest of the world including Asia and Africa. We have a duty towards this world and we will deliver on this duty even at our own peril. This great alliance of power, wealth and values will henceforth be referred as the Quad Powers. Quad Powers would also like to emphasise that this is not an aggressive alliance and the intent of this alliance is to use its sphere of influence and diplomacy to sustain peace in Europe and the rest of the world. In the same breath this alliance would also like to remind any country harbouring aggressive intentions to wards us that an act of aggression against any one country in the alliance will be deemed as an act of aggression against all 4 countries and will be dealt with extreme prejudice.
12 Feb 18 UTC Spring, 1994: Quad Powers Unite!!! Please understand we are here for the well being of all.

13 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1994: It seems that in the east there is a distinct lack of cohesion. I hope you don't all break out into open warfare such that the Quad Powers need to come over and protect democracy...
16 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1994: well well well!!! the games are afoot! The UK would like to congratulate everyone for growing their countries. I hope you were all able to do so without causing any issues with your neighbours...
26 Mar 18 UTC Spring, 1998: It is with great sadness that i declare the end of the Quad Powers. While we fought to bring peace across Europe we were stopped at every instance by forces we were not able to defeat.

This being the case the UK would like to bring say that we are ready to align with those willing to help us maintain relevance in the new Europe.
13 Apr 18 UTC Spring, 2000: so the european union is getting smaller and smaller...
remember it's still to early for the UK to leave! It's only spring 2000!
20 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: For all the attitude we gave poor Scot. We’re are still no quicker
20 Apr 18 UTC Autumn, 2000: yep!
02 May 18 UTC Spring, 2002: Goodbye France, we hardly knew you!
02 May 18 UTC Spring, 2002: So long and thanks for all the fishes ;-)
08 May 18 UTC Autumn, 2003: Day is ended, dim my eyes,
But journey long before me lies.
Farewell, friends! I hear the call.
The ship's beside the stony wall.
Foam is white and waves are grey;
beyond the sunset leads my way.
Foam is salt, the wind is free;
I hear the rising of the sea.

Farewell, friends! The sails are set,
the wind is east, the moorings fret.
Shadows long before me lie,
beneath the ever-bending sky,
but islands lie behind the Sun
that I shall raise ere all is done;
lands there are to west of West,
where night is quiet and sleep is rest.

Guided by the Lonely Star,
beyond the utmost harbour-bar,
I'll find the heavens fair and free,
and beaches of the Starlit Sea.
Ship my ship! I seek the West,
and fields and mountains ever blest.
Farewell to Europe at last.
I see the star above my mast!
