21 Dec 17 UTC Spring, 1901: I feel like by like 1905 when it's like, February, the festive name might seem a little odd. Also good luck everyone.
25 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: Merry Christmas everybody!
28 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: M
Ok, so here I am as Austria. I reached out to all my neighbours from the start:

- Turkey had little to say
- Italy just swore at me
- Russia had something to say but is a liar who is currently crying because he didn't get 3 builds.
- Germany wouldn't tap Tyr despite my direct request.

I'll just collapse then. Bye. Please nobody message me - it's a waste of both our time.
28 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: Hey so, these things happen. I think everybody here has been in the position you're in. Lots can happen in a few turns. It's never as hopeless as you think.
28 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: Turkey,

I've been in this exact position in dozens of games and I know when to cut my losses and stop caring.

You could have helped but you didn't.
28 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: Consider the impact that has on other players. I certainly can't complain, but it's a crappy thing to do to the players who won't be able to eat your lunch if you CD.
28 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: I didn't say I would CD.
28 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: I'm disbanding Budapest btw.
29 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: I created a Discord channel in case any of you want to send messages with notifications. https://discord.gg/93u8Pd
29 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: Uhh, shouldn't we just communicate here?
29 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: yeah- it is much easier
29 Dec 17 UTC Autumn, 1901: Oh I wasn’t suggesting switching over entirely; just that it’s available for immediate communication and voice. I checked with the mods and they’re totally cool with it being used (and it has been in other games).
07 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: GameMaster: Occam'sNoseHairTrimmers was banned: Banned at own request. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
09 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1905: Some times, diplomacy would be a lot more fun with "merges" - Austria and Russia got married, and would suddenly fight as one ;-)
27 Feb 18 UTC Autumn, 1907: Anyone want a draw?
09 Mar 18 UTC Ah wonderful! Well played guys, sorry France :(
09 Mar 18 UTC Old France and Turkey are the ones you should congratulate - rest are just newcomers who didn't do much to earn their spoils.
09 Mar 18 UTC Ah well, all in the spirit of the game.
10 Mar 18 UTC I saw this game up on the joinable games list and said "what the heck". Who would have guessed, I won twenty bucks.
10 Mar 18 UTC Ohh god I miss the old rules where it cost equal to the amount of SC and points in play to take over a country...
