30 Nov 17 UTC | Spring, 1999: Special Rules. ... so this is a senate Role Play. this means its a peaceful match. here are the rules. 1. all nations use the global chat to discuss, whatever they wish, inside or outside of the game. This can be anything ranging from, "I like this movie" to "I would like Colorado". 2. it assumes that all nations start at peace with each other, and no one should have ill intentions toward one another. 3. If a war erupts between two or more nations, it does not mean that the other nations have any obligation to act. wars may start and end naturally with things like, "That movie was terrible, I'm invading you" to "No I want Colorado, I'm invading you" 4. for a war to end, the global chat is used as a place for terms of a surrender to be set. deals may be struck like, "You must retreat from Colorado" to things like "i admit that movie actually sucked" 5. if any player decides, "these special rules are dumb, I'm going to do my own thing," we declare that player to be a nation, overtaken by domestic terrorists, and it is assumed that he as war with every other nation, until he is completely knocked out of the game. ... Thats it. are there any questions? please, lets have everyone confirm on the global chat they are on board, so we can start negotiations |
