If both positions end up replaced, I'm willing to allow you all to continue if that is what you all prefer, but only because it was so early in the first phase of the game. If you would prefer to cancel, as is customary in situations with cheaters in the same game, then please say so in global. If you all wish to unpause, you are welcome to vote to unpause once New York's position is taken. If everyone votes to unpause, the game will continue. If someone would prefer to cancel, then the game will be canceled and whoever wants to can restart.
