Because while I am happy eygpt gets a share as a good ally in the game for me, it is Dip after all and I assumed he would be taken out. All Greece had to do was back off and let me.

Really enjoyed the battle with RomE. To and fro, each guessed right and wrong a couple of times. I knew I was playing an experienced player. Especially when we both recognised the danger and disengaged at the right time

I made one mistake against Egypt when I took Memphis in spring. Should have waited for autumn and probably Egypt would have gone done Good game all. It’s nice to play high stakes and play with top players

Yes good game guys. I originally was going to try and take Egypt out, but I didn't have enough armies in the South to do so. I supported him in the time being because his collapse would expose my southern border. Once I had enough armies to shift south, Carriage already started to support Egypt back so there was no way of breaking through and a draw was the only choice.
