You need to be able to communicate effectively without pissing everyone off. Where would I be if I proposed an alliance to you and declared war on Carthage, then you didn't accept? I would have enemies on both sides.

22 Sep 17 UTC	Autumn, 1: It is true, means you have to be wiser with how you phrase things. For example, Rome, would it offend you if I moved to Sar next year? we can keep the two seas as DMZ's. It also shows publicly whenever someone breaks their word.
