30 Nov 17 UTC Good game all, and good win BC. I was too slow to react when your victory over New York was inevitable. I couldn't set up a stalemate line in time. It didn't help that Peru was peeling my attention in the South.
30 Nov 17 UTC you had to stop fighting Peru completely, that's was up to you, not him.
30 Nov 17 UTC I know - that was my fault, didn't mean to make it sound like Peru's
30 Nov 17 UTC Heartland are you here? Wondered if you would explain your decision to suicide on me and give it all to NY when I never did anything to you other than defend myself?

Heartland and I were allied in the beginning, both attacking south and doing well. Heartland was on the verge of eliminating NY. Then in fall of 1903 Heartland attacked me. I fought a tough defensive battle for several turns. finally in the fall of 1905, I won the defensive battle, Heartland was under pressure from Florida and he disbanded Saskatchewan.

I immediately moved my forces away form Heartland, yet, he attacked me once again instantly? Simultaneously he started losing more on his eastern front. I made it clear I did not want war with Heartland, then why pursue it? At this point NY was down to only 4 SC.

But after the second sneak attack, I decided, Heartland was too dangerous to have as my neighbor, so I went full bore on him.

Then came the bizarre decision to give away all his SC to NY? I got only 2 SC from Heartland and NY became a giant empire, essentially replacing Heartland!
30 Nov 17 UTC After that, I got behind NY's main battle line with a lone army, and then two, and eventually carve up NY from the inside, fighting in and near his home SC and a second interior front, which in the end proved too much for him to defend against.
30 Nov 17 UTC And Mexico, the stalemate line that needed to be set up was at sea, in the Atlantic. you would have eventually stopped me on land as the land gets narrower, my armies become less and less effective, but the far right naval stalemate line was the line that needed to be set up, and only Peru could do that. At some point, you need to totally evacuate your front with Peru, and he would have turned and successfully stopped me at sea. His navy was vastly better positioned than mine, had you done it early enough.
30 Nov 17 UTC I don't understand Mexico neither. The moment all three of us voted draw you had to attack BC with full power. I'm sure you could have forced him in a 4way draw.
At some point I needed to completely focus on BC and disbanded my unit in Jacksonville. You attacked me and that was my downfall. But BC gained much more centers of me than you did so he could get the Solo.
30 Nov 17 UTC True, when you disbanded Jacksonville, your north was begin overrun badly. Mexico poached 4 SC in a row, Jax, Georgia, Tenn and NC, none of which he could really defend long term.
30 Nov 17 UTC Well good game! I joined as a civil disorder takeover. I was cool just sitting in Peru... partying the days and nights away with the beautiful Spanish speaking ladies! Corona is friend.

Mexico could not let me sit around. I respect that she/he forced me to attack and not sit back the entire game. The game amused me immensely!
30 Nov 17 UTC Also i am impressed at your games drawn percentage bsing below 30% Tugster! Your stats are solid! Well deserved win! Good game everyone!
30 Nov 17 UTC Look at the CDs I've taken over, accounts for.almost all of defeats.
