Spain - shall we keep peace? We both lose if we attack each other.

Germany/Italy - how does switz for me, Austria for Germany, Croatia for Italy sound? The 3 of us would do better to make peace around those central centres than squabble over them I think. I'm open to discussion.

Not that it's really my business, but France I don't think your deal is entirely fair for Italy. Italy would be getting Croatia anyway, just like you can take Monaco, what does Italy gain in this deal? Maybe offer Switzerlan to Italy instead...
16 May 17 UTC Spring, 1994: In this game, Italy is set to gain more centres than either france or Germany in the opening years. Italy takes Croatia, france takes Monaco. But Italy also takes tunis, Serbia; for +3 almost 100% of the time. Meanwhile france gets Monaco and maybe 1 more centre, for a +1 or +2. So Switzerland to france makes LOTS of sense. Meanwhile, Germany gets Austria usually, plus Denmark and Holland, again for a +3 very close to 100% of the time. So again, Switzerland to france makes LOTS of sense.

Also, from Switzerland, france can support Germany into Austria ;-)

Russia, I mean no ill-will however I took you asking for Ukraine's support into Bielo-Russia as a move my way. I am open to working things out if you so wish.

I didn't say YOU get +3, I said CLOSE TO 100% of Italians - you messed up your moves, not my fault. You could be in Austria and Croatia right now, add in tunis for a +3.
