17 Aug 17 UTC | [Western-Canada]:what a massive clusterfuck of a game. we could've drawn such a long time ago … india, i gotta thank you for your role as kingmaker. |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Oz]:In my eyes the winner is India. (Kenya and West-Can. are outsiders, got a big left country, easy play, idiot rules). The style of Kenya (longing the time with always waiting 24 hours) was unsimpathic. |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Western-Canada]:agreed on kenya, and not only for dragging out the game, but also for not drawing when he still had the chance to end this game peacefully and harmonically. not agreed on this being an easy win. i daresay i put loads of thoughts into the game and i deserved the win like mad. |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Oz]:I did not write easy win, I wrote easy play (different) for example for me the play was hard, but the win was unreachable |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Western-Canada]:true indeed. anyway, what do you mean by "idiot rules"? |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Oz]:idiot rules: India and me betted 5, you or player of Kenya betted 0, not correct. India and me killed 2-3 countries, played hard, but you and Kenya got big countries for free. For 0 you had better position than me for 5. (Sorry, of course it is not your fault, the rules are bad. You played very correct.) For example I was in friendly connection with the old Kenya (not only peaceful, but we helped each other). When old Kenya left, I Ioose 1-2 turns, waiting for the friendly or not friendly play of the new owner. It would be better not getting left countries, or paying a correct money for getting, for example in this case more than 5, because the real value of a big country is not 0. (It is not big problem for me, I really love this game anyway, I only wrote, because you asked.) |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Western-Canada]:yeah i see your point, and it's true. the betting system is deeply flawed. guess the incentive of being able to take over countries for zero is to motivate players to come in at seemingly desperate situations to guarantee some game balance. but yes, it's totally different with what kenya and i where able to do. it was like gettings presents for sure. that's why i wanted to draw from the moment i came in, because i deemed it a fair gesture towards you and india (and then-alive europe, if i recall that right). and i am sorry for you and him getting nothing out of the game point-wise, but kenya had to be teached a lesson for being greedy. |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Western-Canada]:(*it was russia, of course, not europe) |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [Oz]:Ok. You was correct, thanks. |
17 Aug 17 UTC | [India]:haha, thank you for that nickname, Of course that was not my intention at first and I remember you drew but Kenya instead of drawing betrayed me twice. Supporting holdings and then conquering my SC´s when it was clear you needed to be stopped. So Kenya didnt deserve to win....in my opinion. So congrats, western canada Great fight OZ, we should have starting together sooner. There was a time when we could have done great things together. But I enjoyed it. |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [Russia]:All I know is I would won if I hadn't missed the first move ;) |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [Kenya]:"Kenya instead of drawing betrayed me twice." Sorry, but you are wrong. I stopped the attacks in Asia in Autumn 2019. You continued to attack and finally took Iran in autumn 2025. Then I decided to eliminate you. You write: "So Kenya didnt deserve to win" I reply: "You deserve a brain." |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [Russia]:Positionally I still think betraying Russia was a mistake. Western Canada was already in a great position and if he could break into Eurasia at all he would win almost for certain... and it's hard to prevent him from doing that if a weak state holding the north of Eurasia gets attacked from behind. |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [Kenya]:Who betrayed Russia??? Me not, I supported it, but then the stopped to play and lost territory to Canadia noob boy. Of course it was necessary to move troops to Europe, otherwise Canada would have got whole Europe. At the end the noob actually lost France and Germany. |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [Kenya]:Canadia played bad like a noob, but India helped him and lost. Too stupid. |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [Western-Canada]:lol someone among us is a baaaaaad loser … maybe it's you, kenya? sheesh, you are among the most unsympathetic players i've ever met. and worst of all? you live in the same town as me. grow some balls! |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [India]:kenya says "I reply: "You deserve a brain." I reply: I have a bigger brain than yours. And probably more friends. I dont get angry when I lose....looser before 2025 I was not attacking you and you decided to enter moscow and ukraine.. anyway. Stop crying. Congrats Western Canada again |
18 Aug 17 UTC | [Russia]:Ah, looking back, Kenya attacked Italy (which would have been the end for me anyway, and after that point i largely just held as I thought that was my deterrent against India/Kenya attacking me) but only in a turn that I missed, so that's very possibly why. |
