18 Feb 17 UTC	Spring, 2: Hahaha, who says they're meant for you? My homeland has a lot of coast. Fleets are more versatile, but only armies can support from the landlocked territories - so for me it is 1) fleets go and claim as much as possible, 2) armies support them as they meet enemy forces.
