08 Jan 17 UTC	Spring, 901: Greetings Russia! I seek no conflict with you. I would like to discuss how we can fairly split any SC's in our area and then establish a DMZ for our mutual security. If we can have peace, we can grow more effectively in other directions. Thoughts?

19 Jan 17 UTC	Spring, 904: [Byzantinum]:If a unit is in any coastal supply center, there should be the option to transform the unit from fleet to navy or navy to fleet. This will only work, however, if the unit is not attacked during the move.
