Your 17 would be your current cities plus Carthage's, minus Sparta of course. But to earn my trust that army in Dacia must move to Illyria, and the army in Dalmatia must not move further east. This is non-negotiable and you have only this next turn to do so.

I fear that if I agree with this option you would make a solo. My proposal is that exchange Chersonesus (for me) and Cyrene (for you). Dear Persia. Sorry I didn't talk to you but we are "far away" and I don't have much to tell to you. I think that if you reach Cyrene and hold it, you could get a 3-way draw. Dear Carthage. Greece, I strongly suggest you do not let Rome take Chersonesus. He will be in your tender underbelly, and Sinope would soon be his as well. Work with me, we can stop him together!
