05 Dec 16 UTC Sorry I shouldn't have tried to multi task, my apologies for missing a turn or two everyone
05 Dec 16 UTC France I think you left a solo on the board there- great fighting turkey. Was fun
05 Dec 16 UTC Better lucky than good.

Thanks for the donation Valis bb <3
05 Dec 16 UTC fighting for my life this entire game.
05 Dec 16 UTC Yeah but everyone else wanted to draw, I missed a turn or two which made people maybe play how they wouldn't have normally, and I'm in the middle of something, and I wanted to give Austria his points :)
05 Dec 16 UTC did I win ??
05 Dec 16 UTC thanks for the mercy Valis. Was hoping you'd ally with me but you were firmly in the Hun's camp for most of the game.
05 Dec 16 UTC Good competition. Gg all.
05 Dec 16 UTC @ Russian, yup. yup. but missed a build!!
05 Dec 16 UTC I was neither for you or against you so much as I was needing to throw everything south against the Italian invasion. So making friend with Germany wasn't meant to slight you, just safe myself.
05 Dec 16 UTC Not a great result for me.

Second fleet was a huge mistake, I couldn't actually pressure Turkey with it like I thought. Would have built another army next time. Missed my shot at Russia with not taking Warsaw in A04, couldn't figure out the solution in time (but hitting Warsaw was definitely it).

Really hard to beat RT by myself though. Kinda unlucky that EG *and* FI fought
05 Dec 16 UTC Anyone joining "Last Chance"?
05 Dec 16 UTC i was the one who took on france with no help from ENGLAND or germany. it was six units to four for years and years. the one time germany or england could have snatched an easy unguarded SC they wandered away again. france should have soloed for all of the lame playing going on. congrats to france, the struggle was worth it; i got a few surprises in before the east became a problem when austria collaped. oh well c'est la vie
05 Dec 16 UTC i'm in for last chance!
05 Dec 16 UTC I'm prolly out for tonight but we'll have to do another one
05 Dec 16 UTC @Italy you got a bit unlucky in that Germany basically missed the first move, giving England the convoy to Holland for free and sparking an EG fight. but putting all your eggs in that basket is probably wrong in gunboat, France is too hard to fight
05 Dec 16 UTC Brad, I was attacked by Ger/Rus and to a lesser extent France. Fighting for my life the entire game. Would have helped if I could.
05 Dec 16 UTC Looking for five more players gameID=186337
05 Dec 16 UTC scotty you had an army in london and convoyed to picardy! why not brest!?!?
05 Dec 16 UTC because he covered Brest.
05 Dec 16 UTC looked like he was going to NMR and I was going for Bre then he got his orders in and ZI changed mine.
05 Dec 16 UTC no eden, i went on purpose against france to see what it would take. had germany been germany it would have worked. Hey gen lee! didn't you call me a gunboat addict? why don't you say it to my face!!
05 Dec 16 UTC doesnt look like the new game will get off the ground. I'll give it a couple min
05 Dec 16 UTC I can personally testify that Brad tried to get a 'real' Dip game going earlier. Not much interest. Then he formed this game, and bingo, seven players.
05 Dec 16 UTC all of these guys are still on line, i guess that they are chicken! squawk!
05 Dec 16 UTC yes they say one thing and then play another.
05 Dec 16 UTC game not getting off the ground next time Brad
05 Dec 16 UTC squawk!
05 Dec 16 UTC You are! But I was there when I first found this game as well. Live gunboat is great, and live games have gone way down on this site, so I welcome it.
05 Dec 16 UTC later man!
05 Dec 16 UTC well, welcome to my nightmare! anyone for tennis?
05 Dec 16 UTC i can make a regular game or you guys can and ask for players!
05 Dec 16 UTC actually, i am a Diplomacy fanatic. i just don't like waiting a WHOLE day to make a move. at least in FTF you talk to people in between moves!
05 Dec 16 UTC I know what you mean.
05 Dec 16 UTC GL if you are serious and ever in the Los Angeles area and want to play FTF, look us up. my profile page has the link to all of the info.
