09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: My condolences to the American players (if any) on the result of the presidential election. I hope you all stay safe. |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: I feel a political discussion coming up :p |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Thank you. I feel as if I'm sitting in a septic tank. I never thought it was possible that we could get a racist, xenophobic, bigoted, hypocritical, sexist sex offender as our president. |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Sigh, can't escape the crap here even. Thanks for ruining one of the few places we shouldn't have to listen to the BS. Go to a forum if you want to vent. |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Apologies from Pennsylvania. I really thought we wouldn't go with him |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: No apologies needed. We are going to make america great again |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: *Corny American patriotic music plays* |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Can we just play the stinking game?!! |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Maybe. Or maybe I'll just go find the nearest locker room so I can 'vent.' OK let's continue. |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Britain, are the 90s so far past that you have forgot Billy Clinton! we survived that racist, xenophobic, bigoted, hypocritical, sexist sex offender and we will assuredly survive Trump. if you feel a moment of weakness or fear go ask Perez Hilton for a hug im sure he can console you. |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: I'm not worried about us surviving; of course we will survive. What I'm worried about is what he and congress will do to this country. They don't believe in climate change, the right to choose, affordable healthcare, reasonable background checks or diplomacy. What they want is to bring back the America of yesteryear; a homogenous country where the white male rules supreme, at the expense of all others. At the very least, they have 2 years to do this; and I shudder to think about all that they can destroy. But liberals are to blame too. When challenged with a situation like this, where the future of the country depends on their actions, they curl up in a corner, suck their thumb and cry "don't hurt me" as the conservitaves burn down the house. The American political system is screwed up. Clinton won a plurality of votes, but Trump will be our next president. How is that democratic? I'm on the younger end of things, and it seems that the older generation is doing all it can to leave us a broken country. Just so you don't think I'm some kind of party-lines liberal, I think that Trump's trade and infrastrucure policies are golden, and I hope he can get that done. |
09 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Anyway, I'm with germany now, diplomacy anyone? |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Now I have to respond to that bullshit. Obama deballed this country. Most of the world leaders like him because he bowed to their desires, but they didn't respect him. This world has become a cesspool of whiny liberal children who everything handed to them by big brother (the government). So much of Europe is in chaos because of a FAILED diplomacy based on liberal ideals. They think everyone in the world is as pussy whipped as they are, but they are finding out there are bad people who want to hurt them. We didn't need more leadership that demeaned the military, we need someone who respects the military and the rule of law. We are ten times as divided as we've ever been since the civil war, yet liberals think Obama was awesome. Racism goes both ways, and he has used the DOJ as his personal attack dogs against any who disagree. Wait til you grow your adult teeth before you claim to know what the world needs. Strong leadership is all that will halt the growing threats. He has the balls to take control when nobody else is capable. Those in the world that insult the US for its strength are just jealous wimps who can't find the courage to defend themselves, instead they bitch about global warming (which has occurred in cycles as long as the earth has been here) while the political hacks cook the numbers to match their agenda... Meanwhile you women are being raped and assaulted all over Europe by those you "rescued" from conflict. Train them to fight and send them back to take their own damned territory back! Now, do you want to continue to prove you are a sniveling asswipe, or do you want to continue the game? |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Choosing to remain neutral here because I'm too weak in this game to argue with anyone about politics |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: And if you are curious where I get me passion? I spent two years in West Berlin before the wall came down. The people of Berlin loved us.. But once in awhile sniveling cowards from the greens party would take the train over from West Germany to protest our presence there. Every time I saw the locals beat the crap out of them when they tried blocking our bus. They knew what it meant to have US protection. Two more years near Munich and a real leader was strong enough to force Gorbachev to tear down the wall. I witnessed the collapse of the USSR under the pressure we exerted. Don't tell me the world is not paying the price for America's fall into liberalism. If you don't see it, you are either blind, stupid, or so far up Socialisms ass that you can't see reality. |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: I don't play diplomacy with facists. Au revoir. |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Spring, 1998: Meanwhile, in Australia... |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: I respect you, Germany, for saying that, and I do think it's cool to hear an account from someone who lived there in that time |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: So, you are against government controlling every aspect of their citizens lives too?Awesome! If that was not your meaning, I suggest you research what real fascism is. I can assure you, government control is about to be reduced. Disagreeing with progressive liberalism is not facist, it's common sense based in reality. Not some dream of a world filled with rainbows and unicorns. |
10 Nov 16 UTC | Autumn, 1998: Let's not throw the fascist label around. Even though I disagree almost totally with both what Germany has said and the president-elect, four more years of mudslinging and name calling will result in more fear, anger, and gridlock. |
