Read the orders. Autumn 1997 to Autumn 1999 Bulgaria tried to support hold Istanbul. I never attacked you once, except to reclaim SCs you took from me.

Thanks. I was not at all surprised to see that the one player I couldn't break was you, Sam. I was lucky that you kept the rest of the board busy, Guak. I was the one who initially helped Ukraine into one of your SCs. I was hoping it would prevent him from attacking me and giving me the time I needed to get over there.

Supporting hold is not moving north. You were completely stacked against me, a support hold is really easy to miss. Plus, your builds kept telling me you fully intended to keep coming after me.

Guak, you threw everything at me and didn't let up. You had a very easily defensible position. I was never going to be able to take anything off you. But you never provided me the opportunity to turn on Germany without losing my momentum to your continued attacks.
