31 Aug 16 UTC Spring, 1999: Basta! It is true that the French and Egyptians have been inept - unable to take minor territories. Bosnia however officially a protectorate of Italy. They in turn have contributed soldiers who are currently engaged in "war exercises" in Spain.

(Note: "Basta" is a common Italian phrase meaning "enough" in English. It is derived from the Latin phrase bastusis fastusis bullshitius)
