01 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1901: As many of you may have heard, and some of you have witnessed, there has been an unfortunate and clear act of coordinated aggression from the nations of Turkey and Austria against our homeland. It is sad that two fine nations, both of whom could easily have lived in peace with us have turned their backs to the ideals of peace, and directed this at us. I am however pleased to stay that in our state of dismay and confusion, the fine Russian soldiers where able to hold back the initial attack. Some where lost, and for that I am sorry. I can say however that they fought with bravery and patriotism, and have made their country proud. We will not and can not stand for for this. I am making this announcement to confirm that Russia will be going to war. It will not be easy. It certainly hasn’t been. All that I ask of you is to have faith in our soldiers, and to forever remain proud of your country. With will crush these foes back down from whence they came with with the strength of the Motherland.

01 May 16 UTC Spring, 1902: Italy. Your barbaric language and aggression towards France have not gone unoticed. If you do not refrain from trying to invade Marseille, know that it will be time to get your "ass rammed," as you so eloquently put it.

01 May 16 UTC Spring, 1902: France - your public accusations did little to improve your appearance, old friend. All you have managed in your failure to identify the Italian poesy of Greentext is out yourself as the uncultured man you truly are.
02 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: The blatant betrayal of Austria by the tyrannical Sultan of Turkey displays his absolute lack of any sort of personal integrity. This is a formal condemnation of these actions. Der vierte Reich will hereby cease relations with this filthy regime.

02 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1902: I am not happy to have betrayed Austria. In fact, I do not intend to launch a conquest of lands that are rightfully theirs, but rather, help protect them from Russian forces. However, I do not regret my decision. Turkish occupancy of Serbia is logical; while the state deserves independence, in modern times, power-hungry empires make this impossible. I do not deny that I represent one of these power-hungry empires. However, from a nationalist's perspective, the Serbians have the most in common with the Turkish people, and this, it is, as I stated before, logical to have Turkish forces occupy the territory and protect its citizens from harm. We, as a nation, hope that the Austrian people can forgive us, realize that attempting to retaliate is suicide, and continue to work with us instead, although a certain wariness is to be expected and justly so. Thank you.

04 May 16 UTC Autumn, 1903: This is a formal declaration of peace between the peoples of Austria and Turkey until the spring of 1907. There has been some conflict between us, but we wish to put that aside for the time being to focus our resources on other efforts. If either of our two nations breaks this treaty, may the rest of the world scorn our actions and never put trust in us again. Thank you.
