26 May 16 UTC Autumn, 2009: [Argentina]:The previous guy playing WC missed 1 phase (you can see it writen next to his country after 2 NMR) - if someone missed two following phases, he is removed from the game. As he wasn't entering moves, he was going to be replaced. I had no wish to start the whole alliance from scrap, as we already did with the replacement of EU.
