If it were up to me I'd include Texas in the draw, he have only point to gain, it's a symbolic thing, he fought on his own against first mexico, then Cuba, and then Quebec, Peru and California. If it weren't for him, Quebec probably would had won and I'd definitely wouldn't be here talking draw. I talked to Quebec and he is okay with Texas being in the draw, he already put his draw vote in. There are basicaly no points to gains from taking him out and he sure fought a good fight.
