15 Dec 15 UTC	Spring, 1994: Welcome! The nation of Egypt is proud to participate in such an epic struggle. If anyone has any questions, feel free to privately message me and I will freely give diplomatic and tactical advice. This is a learning experience and my hope is that everyone, win, lose, or draw, gets to practice forming alliances and coordinating attacks. 16 Dec 15 UTC	Spring, 1994: Advice: All players should pick one or two "neutral supply centers" (the tan ones like Norway or Greece) near their countries to try to capture this year. Make deals with your neighbors so you don't end up bouncing in the fall. For example, I sent a message to Italy saying he can move his Naples fleet to Greece or Tunis instead of Libya, that way we both get a center, rather than neither of us!
