15 Dec 15 UTC	Autumn, 1999: Also, to James and Josh, you need to have an army on an enemy/unoccupied territory that has a Supply Center on it (those with the circle) in the autumn in order to capture it. If you go into it during the Spring, you need to stay there till Autumn to get it. Sorry, we should have clarified that rule for you.
