08 Nov 15 UTC | Autumn, 4: oh the Carnage, the Carnage |
11 Nov 15 UTC | Spring, 5: Hannibal just put on a show in Carthage's newly build Coliseum, Vestal Virgins vs. the Elephants, it was a pushover but the crowd was ecstatic nonetheless. Yet in other parts of the, soon to be, Carthaginian Empire, the barbaric hordes resist. |
16 Nov 15 UTC | Autumn, 7: the Carnage |
23 Nov 15 UTC | Autumn, 9: Hannibal is ready to unleash the Elephants on Egypt, stomp stomp stomp. |
24 Nov 15 UTC | Game over methinks. |
24 Nov 15 UTC | yep. GG |
25 Nov 15 UTC | Yay,...... Egypt, you were way too aggressive. Why attack Greece when you had more than a handful with Persia. |
25 Nov 15 UTC | Greece too, way too aggressive, why attack Rome from move 1. |
25 Nov 15 UTC | I took a single territory from Greece, because it was easy, uncontested and I thought it'd help me put down Persia quicker. Not to mention a weaker Greece could mean a stronger Rome to slow you down, but no such luck. In retrospect I was way too slow to notice your rapid growth in power. But looking through my history, I don't know what I could've done differently. Persia refused to talk to me throughout the entire game. Perhaps I should've spent more effort on cannibalizing the greek problems in the midgame. |
25 Nov 15 UTC | I grew only because Rome was hellbent on revenge against Greece. Egypt: you tried to point me northwards, sorry why? why should I stab the Greeks? |
25 Nov 15 UTC | just because I can, that doesn't mean I should or even want to |
25 Nov 15 UTC | actually you took 2, crete and miletus |
26 Nov 15 UTC | and I found out that Egypt is a defense powerhouse, I got blocked 5 turns in a row. |
26 Nov 15 UTC | but in the end the evil egyptians were crushed and Hannibal civilized them barbarians. |
26 Nov 15 UTC | I was first to Crete, before the greeks. But yeah I blame Rome and Greece and Persia. Everyone but me. |
26 Nov 15 UTC | I guess that makes you a Cretin. |
26 Nov 15 UTC | lol, nice |
27 Nov 15 UTC | Sorry that was too mean. :P |
