24 Jun 15 UTC Spring, 2000: [Ghana]:I'm perfectly chill it's just that when the game does not advance because of 1 player who decides just to leave it on save just cus. It's pretty frustrating. If the person has a good reason then, great! It's fine but other wise let's try and keep the game chugging along and I'm not just talking about this phase just in general.

Also this is nothing to do with you USA I'm not meaning to trample over you I'm just trying to prove my point. No hard feelings?
