30 May 15 UTC	Spring, 2006: I want to publicly apologize to Cuba for taking the Dominican Republic. It was a target of opportunity. I will continue to have units in the Atlantic to protect my own coastline as well as to keep pressure on the south but I am very open to striking deals to keep the peace between us
31 May 15 UTC	Autumn, 2006: it seems as if there is a glitch and quebec isn't saving his moves (he has messaged me consistently during the phases, so it's not a simple matter of not being present) how about we pause, contact the mods, and see if this is a bug

31 May 15 UTC	Autumn, 2006: not only that, but the turn earlier he put in 1/2 orders, but he had his ready/save up for a LONG time. I think it's weird, he says he's not doing it, so what harm is there in investigating? personally, I want bugs in this game squashed out immediately

31 May 15 UTC	Autumn, 2006: Well for one, it's you requesting he pause, not him. Which is very odd to me. He's made no indication that he's experiencing technical difficulties. Second, it's you requesting he pause, which makes me not want to. Third, I've had games where I submitted orders and it didn't "catch" and, universally, it's been because I did something wrong.
