27 Apr 15 UTC	Autumn, 1994: If we cast draw votes, and they are flagged as "left" the pot will be split amongst us who are still active. It's not the worst outcome. On the other hand, it gives the otherwise disadvantaged new Italy a bit of breathing room and they could be replaced pretty soon.
