26 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1903: Austria is concerned with France's repeated aggressions against her neighbours. Austria calls on France to immediately arrest her expansionist tendencies. If she refuses and continues to envelope Italy, England and Germany, Austria proposes an alliance of all the peace loving states of the continent. We cannot allow this wannabe Bonaparte to dominate all of us!
26 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1903: The French Third Republic will not stand for accusations from the imperial Austrians. France seeks peace and security in the region for her citizens and for the continent of Europe. Whispers of secret alliances and conspiracies against France have not gone unnoticed. Austria's military build-up is unmistakable and threatens Italy, Russia, Germany, and Turkey. Each nation has its own right to self-determination apart from the Austrian ancien regime. Viva la France!
27 Apr 15 UTC Spring, 1903: You have all seen it - France is intransigent. Her accusations are baseless. Austria has attacked no one. It is a friend to all. France, on the other hand, threatens England, Germany and Italy. It is only a matter of time. We can either collectively balance against her aggressions or succumb one by one.
27 Apr 15 UTC Autumn, 1903: France's dispute is between it and England alone. Austria is using that disagreement between France and its neighbor as a ploy to justify Austria's greed towards French land.
03 May 15 UTC Spring, 1905: It is deeply troubling to Austria that its continental brethren have allowed France's aggressions to go unpunished. How much longer will we allow France to victimize us and our people?
06 May 15 UTC Autumn, 1905: The only way other Continental states would listen to you Austria is if they have Stockholm syndrome. After France finishes putting the hammer to England she's comin' down south for you. Auf wiedersehen, Archduke.
