Whew, this was a really fun game, my first ever on this map but I'm glad that's over! I really thought Florida would win, I still think Florida could have won this so I'm glad for the draw.
Also: Texas, thanks for really, really committing to the draw: there was no way I was going to cut you out because you really deserved your place in it. Nice working with you!

Wow, I think I have to explain myself though. I really thought that if I had continued to attack California, I would have beaten you, but at such a slow rate, that Florida would have attacked me in two years and crushed me.
Judging by the last few years, I'm not even sure I would have been able to beat you. If you play anything like me you would have created a backup stalemate line; without fleets in the Pacific, which would have taken years to get over there, I felt I had very little choice.
Anyway my decision to betray Florida was a very difficult decision that I almost changed. I was very busy that day so I didn't get a chance to reconsider. I'm glad it worked out. You really had me scared a few times.
