18 Feb 15 UTC	Spring, 1997: Diplomacy expert help me out here; as you can see, I was occupying portugal, and I just moved out of it into Seville. Why is portugal not included in my SCs? Why is it not the same color as my other territories? Didn't I conquer it? I'm confused.

18 Feb 15 UTC	Spring, 1997: If it was empty when you moved there in spring, you need to stay there till autumn, then it becomes hours. If you move there in spring, then move out in autumn, it stays empty.

18 Feb 15 UTC	Spring, 1997: It is a new spring. I f you move back and conquer it, you still have to stay there until Autumn and all the SCs are counted.
