11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: For now, I'll just support the Libyan Sea.
(Or will I?)
Watch out, Alexandria.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Egypt, if you are able to support my move, support Ausonian Sea to Libyan Sea. I'm hoping to have enough support after all his attacks, but I'm pretty sure Persia had a good point about silly things like you having to "defend your homeland." Blah blah blah... do what you've gotta do.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: I agree with Carthage. Make sure Alexandria is undefended so I can have it!
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Then again, there is the chance that Carthage will pulverize you if you don't do what he says...
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Just as a forethought, we'll have to pause the game on Friday for Higher Things, so keep that in mind.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Yeah that's true. Also some help possibly may be needed.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Oooh, Greece, you just left your backside undefended. That will cost you when Persia stabs you.

Carthage: Apologies, I did not receive your message in time. I would have gladly done it, although I'm not sure what it would have done.

Persia: If Carthage attacks me, then he will end up fighting you. And you already said you didn't want that. And seeing as he's bigger than you, I don't think you will come out ahead.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Ah, but that's the beauty of it! I don't have to.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Actually, you will. If he does attack me, my forces will be divided, and I wont have enough on each side, and I will die. Then you and him will be next to him. Then you will fight. You will lose
Carthage, please don't attack me. If you didn't that would be great.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Attack him!!! Kill Kill Kill!
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Hey, if you want him to win faster, that's your problem
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: As long as it isn't me.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Chances are that you'll actually be first.
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Probs
11 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 5: Persia's right though... since the game is set to "points per supply center" ... we both get something, no matter who wins. I don't ever have to kill Persia (why would I? he's all the way over on the other side of the map). In a "winner take all" game, he'd HAVE to race me to get the win.
11 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: I know, I'm just saying that you two will end up next to each other if you attack me.
11 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: Also, do you need my fleet?
11 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: Protect your homeland, or hit the Libyan Sea. It doesn't matter now that I'm right at the gates of Athens... :)
12 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: Greece, if you could support the Egyptian Sea to Alexandria, that would be superb.
Also, would you like me to move the Cilician Strait to the Minoan Sea to give you support?
If the Egyptian sea makes it to Alexandria, I could use the fleet in the Cilician to take it's place and support you from there.
12 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: If you let Cilician Strait move, he'll take Miletus. And if he has Egyptian Sea and Minoan Sea, he can take Crete. The best move for you right now, Greece, is to make sure Cilician Strait moves to Syrian Sea.
12 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: Yeah, that's why I suggested moving the Cilician Strait to the Egyptian Sea, and the Egyptian Sea to Alexandria.
12 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: If you could please help me that would be great. And yes I will support you into Alexandria.
12 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 6: Thanks.
12 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 6: Really Carthage? Even you attack me? Didn't I say you would end up fighting Persia?
12 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 6: Egypt, it's pronounced "E tu, Carthage?" My army is there to support hold some of your units, mostly to slow down the inevitable Persian occupation. I don't even know if it will work, but I'd like to have troops on the ground for when he gets through. If I'd have wanted to attack with only one unit, I'd be negotiating with Persia about splitting your centers between us.
12 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 6: Sorry. I knew that was a possibility, and I thank you for the support. I'm just nervous because if you were attacking me, that would be everyone else on the board trying to get a piece of my land. But I trust you.
12 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 6: Don't worry, I think you're safe from Rome.
13 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 6: You never know...
13 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 6: We need to pause this game...
13 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 6: Yep, also, sorry Egypt. You're screwed.
13 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 7: I knew that when I started as Egypt. But I still have three supply centers, so you never know.
13 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 7: When do you need to pause it?
14 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 7: ...oh. Well... Woooo HT
17 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 7: Egypt, are you going to try to re-take Thebes this phase, or next phase?
17 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 7: Preferably this phase? I don't know.
Yes, this phase.
17 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 7: Persia, since you're breaking your alliance with Greece just like Egypt said you would... how about I help you take Byzantium?
17 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 7: Please do, that would be very helpful.
17 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 7: Why does no one every believe me?
18 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 7: Because you SUUUUUUCK!!!
Jonah would appreciate that.
18 Feb 15 UTC Autumn, 7: No offense to you of course, although it was extremely offensive.
18 Feb 15 UTC Spring, 8: Couldn't have said it better myself.
18 Feb 15 UTC GAME OVER
18 Feb 15 UTC Good game guys, thanks for playing.

Are you guys interested in a game of classic diplomacy (i.e., not ancient mediterranean)? Temish and I think we can get a couple more guys to play...
18 Feb 15 UTC GG all.
I was actually wrong on who Persia was. How have you managed to get the same country every time?
18 Feb 15 UTC Haha me too. I was TOTALLY wrong about who everyone was, except for Egypt, because... I know him too well.
18 Feb 15 UTC Rome-Jonah
Greece-Daniel
Carthage-Keaton
Egypt-Temish
Persia-Isaiah (Although you thought I was Jonah)
18 Feb 15 UTC Yeah, this is 5 games in a row that I've had Persia.
18 Feb 15 UTC Ah, I just noticed that it said who was who at the top.
18 Feb 15 UTC Wait Persia was Isaiah? I was thinking you were Jonah. I always get screwed in every game we play though. I blame Keaton.
19 Feb 15 UTC btw that's why carthago delenda est
