10 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: [South-Africa]:Well two NMR's in the Mid East/North Africa.... Should make things interesting.
11 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Near-East]:Near-East is back! I'm taking back Turkey and then happy to make a deal with all interested parties. My first approach will be peace, bringing war to those who show aggression. No hard feelings on anything that happened in the past -- we are turning over a new leaf! Peace in the Middle East!
12 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Europe]:FYI- I don't yield territory that easily and a global threat isn't very diplomatic,
12 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Oz]:The people of Australia want nothing to do with a European squabble in Turkey. We want nothing to do with Turkey's peninsulas and coves. You solve your own affairs this time around.
12 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: [Near-East]:I'm not making a global threat. I'm just saying hi to everyone! Turkey is my territory, and wouldn't have been disputed if the old Near-East hadn't NMRed.
12 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2000: [South-Africa]:I wouldn't be too ticked if I was you Europe.
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [China]:There are difficulties in being a replacement player. The Near East has no claim on Turkey. Yes, in a game where they play from the start it would be there's, but it's a neutral. Europe has it, so it's a bit silly to publicly claim it as yours.
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [Near-East]:Uhh. I disagree. It borders two of my SCS and by the end of this turn it will be back in its propoer hands. The real world has seen what happens when European powers try to interfere in the Middle East.
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [China]:Of course, you'll get it back (unless new Russia intervenes) but you can't really claim that it's yours.
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [Europe]:That last statement by Near East is most definitely a threat. The whole statement reads " i disagree, I'll have it back, no matter what". That seems historically accurate for the region as well.
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [Pacific-Russia]:what if Libya has something to say about it? he could throw a wrench in your plan near-east. or India could very soon. and Russia obviously could! i predict your out of the game within a year and a half.
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [Kenya]:I love this common interest for Turkey. Are you sure the Russians don't wish to visit the blue Mosche?
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [Near-East]:What is this, a group of kindergarteners? I think perhaps much simpler: PR is an ally of Europe. There's nothing threatening: Europe took Turkey without support nearby because he saw NE not playing. That unfortunate situation will be reversed this turn, and hopefully we can move on like senior diplomats rather than 'whaaaaa he stole back the toy I stole from him!!!!'
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [Near-East]:Also, this chat is probably more entertaining than the game itself so far. Thanks for the comedy.
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [South-Africa]:I'm loving it :)
13 Jan 15 UTC Spring, 2001: [Kenya]:Lot's of civil desorder around Europe. Is he fomenting them?
15 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Russia]:As Russia myself, I believe I know exactly the plans that Russia has for eliminating the powers that wish to take/hold Turkey.
15 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2001: [Europe]:When we have a statement with Russia and Turkey together, does anyone else hear Gog and Magog? Or is it just me?
17 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: [USA]:that moment when brazil suprise butt fcks you in the azzzzz
17 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 2002: [South-Africa]:The funny part is that you were surprised.
