23 Nov 14 UTC Spring, 1901: Good luck everyone, the roster for this game is rather impressive, I'm looking forward to playing with you all.
01 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1902: Please everyone, be sure to point and laugh at me as I exit the game. Good luck!
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: I would like to apologise for delaying this phase, and for being very slow to reply at the moment, but work commitments are tying me up significantly and will do so until January 2nd. After that, I will be back to my normal, chipper self.
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Wait, you're in Spain?
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: In real life? No...
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: In pretend life?
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Well, in this game I am ;).
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Spain would be nice right now. In real life.
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: Agreed.
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: I wish!

Is anyone going to need a pause over the holidays? If so I'm willing to accommodate as long as a restart date is agreed upon clearly just in case.
19 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1904: I didn't ask for a pause because such long pauses usually cause problems with lack of interest and take the momentum out of a game, so I didn't want to force that on other people.

If others require one I would happily vote for one though.
19 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: I don't need a pause, but I notice France silently slipped in a pause vote. Was that to aid others, or does France want a pause?
19 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: To aid. I'm indifferent
21 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Good game France, best of luck to you in your other games!
21 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Good game france, it was a pleasure
22 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Thanks for the reality check boys!
22 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: GG France.
23 Dec 14 UTC Autumn, 1904: Farewell, France.
25 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1905: Merry Christmas!
25 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1905: merry christmas :-)
25 Dec 14 UTC Spring, 1905: Merry Christmas all!
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Well it has been an interesting game and I hope that I have learned something. Goodbye and good luck to you all!
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I'm voting for a draw when this turn is done. I think you will all agree that it isn't going end up anywhere.
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Agreed. I will do the same.
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: Russia?
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I personally think a draw is premature, and we're leaving a lot of game play on the board. However, if all three of you want to draw, it's not like I'm going to take you on 1 vs. 3. I'll reluctantly vote draw as well.
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I can see where you are coming from, yet still I'm in favour of drawing.
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I mean I'll be perfectly honest, I'm willing to sit back and enjoy the show if Russia and Italy are willing to eliminate Turkey and make this thing a 3 way draw. I'd pull back units to the point you're both comfortable and watch. (Sorry Turkey). But I don't think you'd both be willing to do that. Let me know if I'm wrong though.

That is about all I could see reasonably happening though. We all know that I want a solo if possible, which will restrict everyone else on the board to have to guard against me getting one, which makes it impossible for any of you to get into a solo position without opening yourself up for attack by someone else. We've established no one is going to allow a solo, so a three way seems to be the other other option.

With that in mind, I can throw the game to either Italy or Russia if I was to be eliminated. Italy could throw it to me and Russia could throw it to me. I'm large enough where I can team up with either Italy or Russia to prevent a solo, so Turkey is the only option to reduce the draw.
05 Jan 15 UTC Autumn, 1906: I also think from my position with Turkey in the Tyrrhenian Sea that it's patently obvious I can't eliminate Turkey and thus I have no interest in self-mutilation by attempting to do so. So all the balls remain in the Russian court.
07 Jan 15 UTC Time to see what everyone is going for, I do hope you can vote draw sooner rather than later
07 Jan 15 UTC Well well. The grand unmasking.
07 Jan 15 UTC GGA
07 Jan 15 UTC An interesting game. A little disappointed with the direction the last few years went in though.
07 Jan 15 UTC Me too!
07 Jan 15 UTC Bloody Hellenic riot :p good game
07 Jan 15 UTC You again!
07 Jan 15 UTC So I'll say, I think you are a terrible player Socrates, your press so was subpar it was sad. I expect more from a brand new player. Honestly, a message 3 hours before the turn, that isn't more then 1 line is not worthy of a top GR game. You've earned a spot on my no play list, and are the main reason I refused to eliminate Italy.

good game everyone else.
07 Jan 15 UTC Ouch
