17 Oct 14 UTC	Autumn, 1995: A country that I don't wish to name has muted me. Given our past dealings this might be a mistake I'm hoping? If you're not sure if you've done this, you might want to check your "mute player" settings. In each country's chat window is a little icon that looks like a speaker right next to the line that shows when they last signed on. Click the icon to change from mute to not muted.
