Same with SPO. You'll still get 2 builds in the Autumn. Plus, if you try to retake NZe, he can only retreat to SPO or PacIslands which are not threatening SCs.

I think you should also move from Angola to Namibia. Zam and Zim will support. I think we both need to head to the Arctic. Maybe see if Pac-Russia can support you there. He should be almost entirely armies at this point because that's how Near East wants to fight him. I'm also not sure what to do with my Pacific fleets. I want to move NEP to CPO, but I don't want you to feel threatened. I just want to help out in the Pacific theater with a couple fleets. Ideas?
