07 Jun 14 UTC Autumn, 1901: Now is probably a good time to explain a bit about builds - you can only ever build an army or a fleet in one province, and it must be a home province i.e. one you started the game with. You can build units according to the number of supply centers (provinces with black dots) you have on the board. Next year people will likely have the opportunity to retreat and disband units, which can let you rebuild things at your home centers if need be.
