Fall of the American Empire IV, Anonymous players, Survivors-Win Scoring
1 excused missed turn
Game drawn
28 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Britsh columbia, the windy city calls for an alliance. Nonagression and aid across the board
28 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Was this Public Press only?
28 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: This is full press, guys.
28 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: That is what I thought. I thought Anon was the only restriction but I lose track sometimes. Thanks for making me look the fool Heartland ;)
28 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: British Columbia hears Heartland's call and agrees wholeheartedly to proposed alliance.
28 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 1999: Worried -- lots of locked in orders with so little chat.
28 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: These are really just our opening moves; there isn't a whole lot to think about. People won't finalize their orders so quickly in 2000.
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Did I really just do that?!!! I think I need to quit playing!
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Don't quit. It throws the game off balance.
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Heartland and Quebec don't seem to be going for Massachusetts or WDC, so you'll be fine.
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: I am not quitting I just can't believe I just made those moves
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Some one poke me I must be asleep
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: It happens to the best of us. When I was playing as England in a live game about an hour ago, I moved the Norwegian Sea to the Barents and the Barents to the Norwegian when I meant to move the Norwegian to the North Sea and Barents to Norwegian.
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: I was livid. However, I kept playing and the game ended in a draw.
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: stuff happens; life(and the battle)still go on.
29 Mar 14 UTC Autumn, 1999: Texas, we're all waiting on you. Can you hit ready?
29 Mar 14 UTC Spring, 2000: Come on NY
09 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2004: Good game, California.
10 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2004: Will someone take Milwaukee already? Quebec is gone, so there's no reason New York or Florida can't take it.
10 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2004: Did Quebec leave?
10 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Probably.
10 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: well they didn't miss last phase
10 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: I don't think it shows a person NMR'd until the phase after
10 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Quebec answer us!
10 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Maybe Heartland would let you convoy him to some place less annoying?
11 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Hey its brit-colma fault. Im already out just kill me
11 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: I can't kill you. Florida would have to do it.
11 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2004: Quebec is ready for the next phase, which suggests he's back.
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: I thought for sure Texas was going to do something with Nevada...
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: That is quite the line you have drawn in the sand there Quebec. Is that what giving you back Ontario gets me? BC you better pull on your dogs leash before he gets maced.
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: I'm sorry if I've misinterpreted what you've said, but are you calling me a dog?
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: I'm pretty sure there were NMR from Quebec.
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: I was going to eliminate Quebec and you talked in his defense I assume that means he is your B%^(&*.
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: So again, rein him in before he gets maced
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: Do you see him supporting my movements? No? Maybe it's because for whatever reason, he doesn't have time to play this game. You should try being a little more lenient.
13 Apr 14 UTC Spring, 2005: This is a fun game. Please don't ruin it for the rest of us.
13 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: I apologize! I drank a little too much with an already bad attitude! I apologize to Quebec.
13 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: No, it's fine. This game can get a little stressful.
14 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: Very shrewd BC
14 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: I didn't want to have to do that. Notice how I moved to the Dakotas instead of straight to Minneapolis. It's just that Quebec has missed too many phases.
14 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: I didn't want to have to do that. Notice how I moved to the Dakotas instead of straight to Minneapolis. It's just that Quebec has missed too many phases.
15 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2005: GameMaster: Automatic Diplomacy was banned: multi/meta/no reply. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player.
Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily!
18 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2006: Well, there's a present for you northerners!
19 Apr 14 UTC Autumn, 2006: Hey all, I think this is kind of stupid. There are only 4 people still playing and the two in the lead are the only ones with access to the SCs held by the players who have left. If we continue, it's only a matter of time before Peru and/or Cuba gets pushed out, leaving just me a Florida to see who can pick up the most orphan SCs before turning on each other.

I'm kind of inclined to draw.
24 Apr 14 UTC See you all in the next one.
