23 Feb 25 UTC Spring, 1999: Good luck in the game all!
23 Feb 25 UTC Spring, 1999: GLHF
26 Feb 25 UTC Autumn, 1999: Do you want support into Michigan this spring? I am planning to build an army at Montreal. I'm not planning to attack you! It's heading west.
26 Feb 25 UTC Spring, 2000: Quebec, who were you sending that to? New York?
27 Feb 25 UTC Spring, 2000: VANCOUVER - Celebrations have erupted across British Columbia after the liberation of Greenland, which had been in a state of aimless unrest since the Danish government declared North America was "not worth settling in any longer." Many factories, mines, and military bases have been built in Nuuk and the surrounding municipalities, with the only disappointment having been felt by the housing sector. "I can't believe I fell for that old Viking trick!" said a downtrodden real estate developer who had relocated from Vancouver. "It's still not green!"

01 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2000: Montreal: The Prime Minister announced today plans for him and his extended family to take a long vacation in Reykjavik, Iceland. The Prime Minister said the trip was to escape the "nasty weather" that had already made Ontario "unlivable" and seemed certain to move further north and east.
02 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2000: What kind of talk is this in a diplomacy game?
02 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2000: The best kind
04 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2001: Bon voyage Quebec!
04 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2001: Þakka þér og gangi þér vel.
04 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2001: The Prime Minister took a long drink of his Lava beer, and let the steamy waters of Reykjadalur ease the tension from his body. He thought about what it would be like back in Quebec. The weather reports were awful. Every major city was inundated with the foulness. He shuddered and took another drink of beer. Maybe later he would have some shots of Brennivin. He heard it was quite different yet delicious.
08 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2002: I wonder what kind of trouble I'll get into from Kentucky next year. Chicago, Mizzo, Tennessee. So many options!

13 Mar 25 UTC Autumn, 2003: WINNIPEG - Watching on the news as the Texas flag is hoisted in his official residence in Vancouver, interspersed with footage of the port of Anchorage now under the same golden bear that used to oversee fond meetings with his former ally, the Prime Minister of British Columbia can't help but feel sick to his stomach. The tensions from the early meeting with high-ranking officials reverberates in his temporary quarters, an ad hoc arrangement meant to resemble his old office that nevertheless feels just slightly off, a continual reminder of how everything in this past year has felt not as it should be. He looks at his desk, first at the picture of his family, wondering if they are sleeping sound in their hotel or if they even can, wondering if he can be taken seriously as a father or husband, much less a leader, after taking the advice to leave while the Texan army marched through Idaho. His eyes scan to the hockey puck he dropped in the ceremonial start to the season only a few months prior--what feels like ten years ago, and a glimpse into the normalcy that has left. He reaches to open the drawer underneath...no, he can't do that. He can't let his people down like that. He can't let himself down, not now. There is nowhere to go but onward, wherever that may lead.
