13 Dec 13 UTC	Spring, 1996: Maybe because you don't select "Convoy" from a fleet unit (example: south Atlantic Ocean Convoy Gibraltar to Morocco). "Convoy" option is to move an army to a place which you can't reach by land

14 Jan 14 UTC	Autumn, 2007: Yeah I was just about to mention, could you take over Estonia, the only in conquered land in the map, it's really bugging me ;) And Bosnia is the only territory owned by someone who's already been defeated.
