11 Nov 13 UTC	Autumn, 1995: The assignment model works off of "completed games", so until you have completed some, it is still using the assignment probabilities that gave you Italy in the first place....so you tend to get the same country a few times if you play multiple games at the same time.

Well, that and the fact that I have a tendancy to be rather more loyal to my allies than I probably should when I become powerful. Good game, everyone! To my allies, it was good working with you. To those who were defeated, I wish you better luck in future games.
