13 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: GameMaster: Lebosfc was banned: multi/meta. The time until the next phase has been extended by one phase length to give an opportunity to replace the player. Remember to finalize your orders if you don't want to wait, so the game isn't held up unnecessarily! |
14 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Kenya]:Greetings all - I just stepped in to replace the previous dictator-for-life of Kenya. I just wanted to say "howdy doo to all of yoo". Here's hoping that we can settle the unpleasantness currently plaguing our lovely continent. Ambassadors welcome! |

14 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Argentina]:Fail. |
14 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Ghana]:Too funny. |
14 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Pacific-Russia]:Wow. |
15 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Near-East]:I must say, I was entranced by "howdy doo to all of yoo". Simply beautiful. Do you think he would mind if I used it someday? |
15 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Pacific-Russia]:Well he's been banned so he wouldn't even know if you did use it. |
15 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Near-East]:Well. Admittedly, it is improbable that he is a patron of intellectual property rights. |
15 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2001: [Kenya]:I was banned. I pleaded my case because I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY DO NOT METAGAME AND DO NOT CHEAT. And I've been re-instated. I have to tell you though that it leaves an unpleasant taste in one's mouth. I used to think that everyone that was banned was a downright cheater and couldn't understand why. Now I'm less sure. |
16 Nov 13 UTC | Spring, 2002: [Near-East]:Wonderful! Now I can ask you- may I use the phrase "howdy doo to all of you" in regular conversation? |
16 Nov 13 UTC | Spring, 2002: [Kenya]:Absolutely - imitation is the highest form of flattery |
16 Nov 13 UTC | Spring, 2002: [Near-East]:Acknowledged. |
22 Nov 13 UTC | Autumn, 2003: [Kenya]:Greetings all - I risk being unreachable for the next 30 hours or so. I will endeavour to check in but I can offer no guarantees. Have a great weekend. |
15 Dec 13 UTC | Spring, 2009: [Kenya]:Orders? |
16 Dec 13 UTC | Spring, 2009: [Near-East]:Prepare for Pacific Offensive. South America is between you and North America and his support is vital for our success against him. I will send your units into Australia and eventually break through to Alaska, where we can have an SC field day against the weakened North America. Then we can stab South America at will if he gets too powerful. |
16 Dec 13 UTC | Spring, 2009: [Kenya]:Either this is a gross failure in communication or a brilliant attempt at subterfuge of obfuscation. I'm quite certain that Argentina is relieved to know that he is vital to Near-East interests. Argentina may be curious to know what constitutes getting too powerful. |
16 Dec 13 UTC | Spring, 2009: [Kenya]:The good news is that there are only three and a half hours left on the clock and thus far WC has not entered orders. That does not mean that WC won't. Whether this public airing of information is an error or subterfuge, I doubt that it would have any direct impact on WC's orders. I doubt that NE views WC as his primary advisory would be of great surprise to WC. And on that note, Kenya bids all good night. |
16 Dec 13 UTC | Spring, 2009: [Oz]:yup, im confuzzled lol |
